1.            JOB PURPOSE: We are seeking a strategic and innovative Digital Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our digital banking products and services. This role is critical in defining and executing the product vision, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving business growth through cutting-edge digital solutions.
2.            KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
●                   Technical/Operations duties 1.             Product Strategy & Roadmap:

●              Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital banking services, ensuring alignment with the organization’s long-term goals.

●              Identify opportunities for new products, features, and enhancements that address customer needs, improve user experience, and generate revenue.

●             Prioritize digital banking features and services based on market demand, competitive landscape, and business impact.

2.            Market Research & Customer Insights:

●             Conduct market research to understand customer needs, digital banking trends, and industry developments.

●              Analyze customer feedback, user behavior, and transaction data to identify opportunities for product innovation.

●              Benchmark the bank’s digital products against competitors and industry leaders to ensure a competitive edge.

3.            Product Development & Design:

●             Collaborate with technology, operations, and design teams to develop digital banking solutions such as mobile apps, online banking, and payment services.

●             Define product requirements, use cases, and user stories, ensuring the development of a seamless and intuitive user experience.

●              Oversee the product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring that digital products are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

4.            Stakeholder Management:

●             Work closely with internal teams (IT, marketing, legal, compliance) to ensure that digital banking products comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

●              Engage with external vendors, partners, and third-party service providers to integrate new technologies and enhance product offerings.

●             Act as the primary point of contact for all digital banking product-related queries and updates.

5.            User Experience (UX) & Customer Journey:

●             Focus on delivering a superior user experience across digital banking platforms, including mobile apps and web-based solutions.

●              Work with UX/UI designers to ensure products are user-friendly, visually appealing, and accessible across various devices and platforms.

●              Continuously improve the customer journey by implementing features that simplify banking processes and enhance engagement.

●                    Qualification ●                   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.

●                   Proven experience as a Product Manager in the digital banking or fintech space.

●                   Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.

●                   Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time.

●                   Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with product development tools.
